Frequently asked questions
Is there a free trial?
Yes — every new account starts with a 7-day Premium trial, no credit card required. After the trial you move to the Free plan unless you upgrade.
What counts as an API key connection?
Each provider you connect — OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Vertex, Vercel, or Cloudflare — counts as one connection. Prism reads usage and cost data with read-only admin keys.
How does Gmail invoice scanning work?
Prism requests read-only Gmail access and only reads emails matching known invoice and receipt patterns from 100+ dev tools. Emails are never stored beyond the extracted invoice amount, vendor, and date.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel from the billing page at any time and you keep paid features until the end of the period you've paid for.
What's the difference between API costs and subscription costs?
API costs are metered usage pulled directly from provider APIs (per-model, per-day). Subscription costs are recurring charges detected from invoices in your inbox — Vercel, Railway, GitHub, Figma, and more. Prism shows both in one dashboard without double-counting.
